      Excellent Knives

      I have been cooking for myself for over 50 years and in that time I have owned many knives of many shapes and sizes. I also have used many different knives for fishing and craft. These knives are the best I have ever owned. They are so sharp they frightened me at first, I had to get used to them. They are an absolute pleasure to use. They also hold their edge for longer than other knives and sharpen easily. Very happy with these knives.
