When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 11:30 AM AEST on business days are dispatched the same day. All other orders ship within 24 hours from our Sydney or Melbourne warehouses.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE shipping on Metro orders over $59. For all other orders and regional areas, shipping starts from a flat rate of $6.95 and is calculated at checkout based on your address.

How long will delivery take?

  • Metro: 2–3 business days.
  • Regional: 5–9 business days.
  • WA & NT: 7–14 business days.

Which couriers do you use?

We partner with Australia Post, Couriers Please, and Border Express. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Can I change my shipping address?

Please contact us via Live Chat immediately. Because we dispatch orders rapidly, we can only update addresses if the order has not yet been processed by our warehouse team.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within Australia. For New Zealand inquiries, please contact our local distributor at 0800 008 009.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on most products. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.

Do you offer a trial period for bedding?

Yes! We offer a 120-Night Trial on specific Super Sleeper Pro products (such as mattress toppers). This allows you to test the product in your own home to ensure it’s the right fit for you.

How long is my product warranty?

Standard products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. Select premium items include an extended 5-Year Warranty. Warranty details for your specific product can be found in the user manual.

What should I do if my item is faulty?

If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault, please contact us via Live Chat or email with your order number and a photo/video of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or repair.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Google Pay. We also offer "Buy Now, Pay Later" via Afterpay, ZipPay, and Laybuy.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are difficult once an order is placed due to our fast 11:30 AM dispatch cutoff. Please contact us via Live Chat immediately, and we will do our best to stop the shipment.

Where can I find my invoice?

A tax invoice is automatically emailed to you upon purchase. If you cannot find it, please contact support with your order number, and we will resend it.
