Warranty Coverage Policy

At Kleva Range®, we stand by the quality of our products. That’s why every item comes with a standard 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. Some products include extended warranties, listed below. This page outlines what’s covered, how to make a claim, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

What’s Covered

  • If repair isn’t possible, a replacement of the same or equivalent model (at Kleva Range’s discretion).

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents, cosmetic damage).
  • Misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper handling.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Use of non-approved accessories.
  • Damage caused by power surges, incorrect voltage, or external factors.
  • Commercial use — all products are intended for household use only.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Get in Touch: Contact Kleva Range Customer Service via website, email at support@klevarange.com.au, or phone with your proof of purchase.
  2. Provide Details: Share a clear description of the issue and any relevant images or videos.
  3. We’ll Assess It: If your claim qualifies, we’ll arrange a repair or send a replacement at our discretion.

Returns & Shipping

  • You may be responsible for shipping the product back for assessment.
  • If the product has a manufacturing defect, we’ll cover the return shipping for the replacement.

Your Legal Rights

This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable losses or damage. This warranty does not affect any rights that cannot be excluded by law.
