We love hearing what our customers think! Your feedback helps us make our products even better and helps other shoppers make confident choices.

Reviewer of the Month: win a full refund

Every month, one reviewer gets their whole order refunded. Leave an honest review of something you’ve bought from us and you’re in the draw.

How it works

  1. Leave a review of a product you’ve bought from Kleva Range. Each published review is one entry.
  2. Add a photo or video to your review and it counts as two entries, so you double your chances.
  3. Within the first 5 business days of each month, we draw one winner at random from the eligible reviews submitted during the month before.
  4. The winner gets back everything they paid for the order their review is about, with no maximum. The refund goes back to the original payment method.
  5. Once the refund has been made, we let the winner know.
  6. We then announce the winner by email and on our website, with their first name and last initial, the product, their review and any photo or video.

Who can win

  • Verified purchasers who live in Australia. Product trialists are welcome to leave a review, but can’t win, as there’s no order to refund.
  • Your review needs to follow the guidelines on this page and be published after moderation.
  • Every star rating has the same chance. Your review doesn’t need to be positive to win, just honest.

By entering, you agree that if you win, we can announce you as described above.

Who can leave a review

  • Reviews are open to verified purchasers and approved product trialists.
  • You can only review a product you’ve purchased or tried.
  • Only one review per product, please.

What makes a great review

To help others get the most from your experience, please make sure your review:

  • Is about your experience with the product and/or Kleva Range’s service (not about delivery providers or unrelated services).
  • Is genuine, honest, and based on your personal experience.
  • Is clear and easy to understand.
  • Includes a star rating.

What not to include

To keep things helpful and appropriate for everyone, please avoid:

  • Personal information (names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, etc.)
  • Links, promotions, or references to other brands or websites
  • Offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate language or content
  • Misleading, false, or exaggerated claims

Moderation and publishing

All reviews are moderated before being published. We don’t edit your words, but we may choose not to publish reviews that don’t follow these guidelines. In some cases, our team may contact you for more information before posting your review.

Use of your review

By submitting your review, you agree that Kleva Range® may use it (in full or part) across our website, social media, or marketing materials.
