2)Maximum charging time,  please follow as mentioned in the instruction manual. Please do not keep on charging once fully charged.

3) If any battery appears to “expand”, or "extremely hot to touch" or "notice a strong or unusual odour coming from the battery" or "device is smoking", stop using immediately and unplug it from the power source.     KRAPOF Super Slim Power Vac Cordless Stick Vaccum

    I was a bit sceptical purchasing a non big brand name stick vaccum cleaner. But this KRAPOF cordless stick vac is amazing. I purchased this as a vacuum to take away in our caravan on our trips because of its light weight and included accessories. But instead of only using it in our caravan we now use it all the time in our house it performs as well as our Dyson pet vacuum and is lighter to use. The other big plus if any thing gets stuck up the vacuum tube it is easy to get out and get back to cleaning quickly unlike the Dyson vacuum which is a major operation to get any thing that is stuck in the vacuum tube out and can take half an hour to disassemble the vacuum to get the stuck item out. WELL DONE KRAPOF

    KRAPOF VAC

    I was a little sceptical buying this because I have a Dyson and was not happy with it at all, BUT this vac certainly does what it is suppose to do. I could not be happier and the second battery is just the icing on the cake to make sure you have enough power to do the whole house.

    What a little gem!!

    So light and yet so powerful! No more dragging a corded vacume cleaner around, no more sore back after cleaning. I can't believe how light it is, super easy to get into tight places using attachments, even use it for the car. I'm so very happy with this purchase.

    KRAPOF Super Slim Power Vac Cordless Stick Vacuum +Extra FREE Second Battery Is a perfect name for this cute, blue, light vacuum. It is so powerful and incredibly light to use. Having a free second battery is icing on the cake!

    I am thrilled to have decided to take a risk and buy a vacuum other than the Dysons (very limited ability to use as battery time is nowhere near KRAPOF's I have bought for the last ten years! It is so easy and light to use. KRAPOF jumped into action immediately when I had difficulties with the cord. The ability to make immediate contact with KRAPOF with any concerns is so reassuring and offers total transparency. I did not have to look up different sellers and companies online. My issue was solved so immediately that I received the solution only a day later. I have total confidence in both this gorgeous, light vacuum, and in the company which sells them, and that is KRAPOF! Would absolutely love to have a second Super Slim Vacuum to use on the second level of my home, although Super Slim Power was still speeding along after 45 minutes. The cost is unbelievably low when considering the power, superlight weight, and terrific suction of this compact vacuum. I stumbled onto a real powerhouse, priceless gem: the KRAPOF Super Slim Power Vac Cordless Stick Vacuum along with a spare battery to boot . . . . It is the best value of any other vacuum I have used - a true-blue treasure to have AND it needs so very little space when "resting."

    KRAPOF.....COMPACT and EASY TO USE

    I was looking for a StickVac and definitely wanted the same as my sister had. We went from store to store checking the different brands.

    Always something wasn't quite right.

    My husband started doing his own research, saw the Krapof ad on TV, did his research and advised me to order

    the KRAPOF Super Slim, mainly because it had what I wanted, plus an extra battery.

    I do love how light and easy to handle it is, the fact that it goes flat into corners and picks up the dog hairs.

    But most of all, I wanted a stick vac with lights across the front, although when it shows up how much dust is there, I get a surprise.

    I use my vac outside on the outdoor carpets also.

    We find the Krapof very light to use, in particular when cleaning the car.

    So pleased with it, I'm 77yrs old so the lightness of it, the easy use and the strong lights are perfect.

    Thankyou and yes, I tell all who ask how easy and light it is to use.
