We often buy products on line and are disappointed with. This is certainly not one of them. This unit works exactly as described and is a small fraction of the cost of the under sink unit in my last home. Further it only uses a fraction of the cost in electricity

Super Quick Hot Water
A perfect machine that is not only super quick in boiling hot water but is super quiet. I am home after knee surgery and due to having limited movement it's the most convenient appliance for making my cuppas. So quick and easy
