You will receive a text and email once your parcel arrives at your local delivery depot and again the day before your order is due to be delivered. This message will include a range of delivery options if you are not going to be home at the time of delivery.

If your parcel has been dispatched with Couriers Please:

The delivery options will include; redirect to an address in the same suburb/zone, reorganise delivery for another day, deliver to a collection point of your choice or give authority to leave.
If you do not respond to this message, your parcel will be taken to a local collection point within 5km of your address and a collection card will be left. Please allow 24hrs for the tracking to update the location of your collection point. If there are no collection points in your local area you will be left a delivery card for you to contact Couriers Please to reorganise delivery.

If your parcel has been dispatched with Australia Post:

You will be given the option to redirect your parcel or select your collection location, if you do not respond to the delivery options your parcel will be taken to a local post office for your collection.
