  2. Maximum charging time, please follow as mentioned in the instruction manual. Please do not keep on charging once fully charged.

If any battery appears to “expand”, or "extremely hot to touch" or "notice a strong or unusual odour coming from the battery" or "device is smoking", stop using immediately & unplug it from the power source. Slowly move the device to a safe and isolated area outside away from anything flammable and contact us on 02-93874100 or email support@klevarange.com.au immediately for a replacement.
  4. Batteries should be charged in a cool dry place, do not charge in kitchen or bathrooms.

    I’m so so happy with these little Amplifiers. They are perfect for my hearing needs. No more being frustrated because I can’t hear what someone said or can’t hear theTV.     Hear clear mini sound amplifier

    Bought these for my husband who has lost his expensive hearing aides. He said they amplifier really well. He has them turned down low. Took a couple of days to get use to them. He loves them and the handy rechargeable case is great

    Sorry but I can’t wear them as there is to much screeching in the hearing aids that you can’t use them I can’t work out if you can stop it

I have ringing in my ears (tinnitus). Will this help?

HearClear is not recommended if you have tinnitus. It won’t stop the ringing.

Will this work if my hearing is really bad?

HearClear works best for mild to moderate hearing loss. If you can hardly hear at all, you may need a special hearing aid fitted by a hearing professional.

What is a hearing amplifier?

A hearing amplifier helps by making all the sounds around you louder. It’s not the same as a hearing aid from a doctor, which is made just for your hearing needs.

Do I need a hearing test first?

You don’t need one to try HearClear. But it’s always a good idea to get your hearing checked so you know what’s going on.

How do I turn the device on and off?

Super easy! No buttons to worry about!

  • It turns on when you take it out of the charging case
  • It turns off when you put it back in the case

Which ear does it go in?

Gently place it in your ear until it feels comfy. It should sit snugly.

  • Black = Left ear
  • White = Right ear

How long does the battery last?

You’ll get up to 14 hours of use on a full charge - plenty for a full day.

How will I know the battery is low?

You’ll hear a soft beep every 10 seconds to let you know it’s time to recharge.

Is there a warranty?

Yes! You’re covered with a 1-year warranty for peace of mind.

Can I use HearClear in noisy places, like restaurants?

Yes, you can - but keep in mind it will also make background sounds louder. It might take a little time to get used to.
