Cooking has never been easier (or tastier) with your Kleva 1 Button Cooker! Here are some FAQs and helpful hints to help you with your purchase! With your Kleva 1 Button Cooker, it's all about easy, convenient, and delicious meals every time!
Cleaning is a breeze! Just remove the accessories and inner pot, then wash them with mild detergent. Before you start, make sure the unit is switched “OFF” at the power socket. DO NOT PLACE PARTS IN THE DISHWASHER.
Pro tip: keep your cooker away from wooden cupboards—escaping steam could cause some trouble! Also keep your power cable out of reach from water!
Your 1 Button Cooker is super smart! It has a thermal sensor that knows exactly when your food is ready. Once done, it automatically switches to WARM (when the light turns red), keeping your meal hot until you’re ready to dig in.
Just a heads-up—don’t leave it on WARM for more than 4 hours, and remember to switch it off when you're done! If it switches to WARM too soon, no worries! Just add a splash of water, stock, or even milk, and press COOK (when the light is red) again.
For baking, you might need to press COOK a second time—totally normal!
Eggs made easy! Place the egg steamer stem up through the center of the tray and twist it clockwise to lock it in. The tray holds up to 4 eggs at once. Add ½ cup of room-temperature water to the pot, lower the tray, close the lid, clip the latches, and flick the switch to COOK. That’s it! Here’s the cook time breakdown:
Our handy cup holds 177ml (about ¾ of a standard cup). Keep this in mind when following recipes—it’s a little smaller than the usual 236ml!
For perfect, fluffy rice, here’s the trick: add your rice to the pot and cover it with cold water. Stir it around until the water turns cloudy, then tip the pot (without spilling the rice!) to drain. Repeat until the water stays clear. This rinses away extra starch, leaving you with soft, fluffy rice. If you’re cooking brown rice, just add an extra ½ cup of water.
Great question! On the switch, you’ll see an “O” and an “I.” Now, don’t be fooled—many people think the “O” means ON, but it actually stands for OUT (off). The “I” stands for IN, which means the appliance is ON. So, remember: to turn your appliance on, make sure the switch is set to “I” for IN!
No worries! Your free gifts—like the egg cooker, measuring cups, rice spoon, and steamer tray—are all tucked neatly inside your Kleva 1 Button Cooker. Just open it up, and you’ll find them!

Oops! If your cooker is overflowing, it might be because there’s a bit too much inside. The tightly sealed lid can force extra liquid out of the steam vent. Just make sure the food and liquid stay below the Max line inside the pot. And remember, food tends to expand while cooking, so leave a little room for that magic to happen! 😊
