Uh-oh! It’s rare, but just like any tech, your Smartplay screen might freeze now and then. No worries, though—it’s super easy to fix with a quick recalibration!
Here’s how:
Please ensure you’ve placed batteries inside the remote as they do not come with them. 😊
Once you've don that, here's a quick tip: The sensor for your SmartPlay remote is either on the left or right side of the screen—just look for the small black dot. Make sure to point the remote towards that side for the best experience!

Quick tip: Once you connect Smartplay through the FM transmitter, you won’t be able to change the radio station without losing the Smartplay connection. But don’t worry! Most popular radio stations have apps now. Just download your favorite radio apps, and you can easily switch between them and apps like Spotify or iTunes with no issues at all! 😊
No worries! Voice assistants vary depending on your phone—Siri for iPhones, Google Assistant for Androids, and sometimes Bixby for Samsung. To get yours working, make sure it's set up properly on your device.

No worries! If your bracket isn’t sticking to the windscreen or dashboard, just clean the area with a bit of methylated spirits (metho). Once it’s clean, press the bracket back into your desired spot, and it should stick like new!
After sticking the bracket down, make sure to activate the suction. There’s a clip at the back of the sticky cup—just push it upwards once the bracket is in place, and it will create the suction needed to lock it securely. Your bracket should stay put after that!
