  2. Maximum charging time, please follow as mentioned in the instruction manual. Please do not keep on charging once fully charged.

If any battery appears to “expand”, or "extremely hot to touch" or "notice a strong or unusual odour coming from the battery" or "device is smoking", stop using immediately & unplug it from the power source. Slowly move the device to a safe and isolated area outside away from anything flammable and contact us on 02-93874100 or email support@klevarange.com.au immediately for a replacement.
  4. Batteries should be charged in a cool dry place, do not charge in kitchen or bathrooms.

    I’m so so happy with these little Amplifiers. They are perfect for my hearing needs. No more being frustrated because I can’t hear what someone said or can’t hear theTV.     I didn’t realise what I couldn’t hear until I started wearing these. I didn’t realise how much I was missing. I’m still getting used to them but I love them and nobody has noticed them in my ears. So easy to use, as well.

    Life Changer

    Going somewhere now with a lot of background noise is not an anxiety trip anymore. I can go out with friends and actually hear what they are saying instead of sitting back. Also hearing people at work now that mumble is a huge help.

I have ringing in my ears (tinnitus). Will this help?

HearClear is not recommended if you have tinnitus. It won’t stop the ringing.

Will this work if my hearing is really bad?

HearClear works best for mild to moderate hearing loss. If you can hardly hear at all, you may need a special hearing aid fitted by a hearing professional.

What is a hearing amplifier?

A hearing amplifier helps by making all the sounds around you louder. It’s not the same as a hearing aid from a doctor, which is made just for your hearing needs.

Do I need a hearing test first?

You don’t need one to try HearClear. But it’s always a good idea to get your hearing checked so you know what’s going on.

How do I turn the device on and off?
