Convenient and electricity savings
I had no idea water could be heated in 10sec. Absolutely love this machine , not only for its looks, convenience and electricity savings but the fact that I don’t have to consciously cover it at night as I did with my electric kettle, to potentially stop dust or creepy crawlies from entering through the spout . And of course lifting the kettle to refill it.

So Easy
I recently bought 2. One for my elderly mum as she was having trouble pouring the kettle. What a great dispenser, mum loves it and I don't have to worry about her lifting a heavy kettle and scalding herself. The 2nd one for my son who has had back surgery. It's easy and so much safer.
