Make sure the power is plugged in. Then fill up the circular compartment, close the lid, and your food will automatically cook at 170°.
Make sure to routinely open the lid of your Versi Grill to check how cooked it is. Aim to get a golden crisp on your food. The recipe booklet includes set times for specific dishes.
The Quicktime Versi grill automatically heats up to 170°C and remains at this temperature point.
When closing or lifting the grill's lid, always use the designated handle to avoid burning from the heated cover. Keep your arms and body parts away from the cooking surface and be cautious of steam escaping the edges while the cover is closed.
Make sure to use the silicone spatula and avoid using abrasive utensils like anything made of metal.
Before cleaning make sure the appliance is unplugged and has adequate time to cool down. Use warm soapy water and a hot sponge to clean the cooking surface. Then dry the grill with a towel or let it air dry. Avoid using abrasive material anddo notput this appliance in the dishwasher.
Place the VersiGrill™ on a flat surface and plug it in. The red light indicates the VersiGrill™ is heating up.
In a separate bowl, whisk 2x eggs and seasoning.
When the green light appears, the cooking surfaces are ready.
Carefully raise the cover, add a small amount of butter and your other ingredients, using the spatula stir the ingredients until heated adequately.
Slowly pour the omelette batter into the lower cooking surface area on top of the other ingredients and close the lid. Be careful not to over fill the Grill and allow for the omelette to rise.
Lock the latch located on the front of the Versi Grill™.
After 1-2 minutes, carefully flip the VersiGrill™using the handle. Allow the omelette to cook for another 1-2 minutes.
When your omelette is done, use the spatula to remove your omelet from the VersiGrill™ and enjoy.
*Warning: Do not lock the safety latch when cooking food that expands in size when cooking such as omelette or cakes. When cooking food that expands you only lock the latch when you are flipping the Versi Grill™ mid cooking, then once flipped you must unlock the latch again.
