    1. Please always only use the adapter provided and intended for this product.
    2. Maximum charging time, please follow as mentioned in the instruction manual. Please do not keep on charging once fully charged.
    3. If any battery appears to “expand”, or "extremely hot to touch" or "notice a strong or unusual odour coming from the battery" or "device is smoking", stop using immediately & unplug it from the power source. Slowly move the device to a safe and isolated area outside away from anything flammable and contact us on 02-93874100 or email support@klevarange.com.au immediately for a replacement.
    4. Batteries should be charged in a cool dry place, do not charge in kitchen or bathrooms.

      Melba Hearing Aids

      I do have an expensive pair of hearing aids However they suddenly stopped working and came across these online. Were not expensive hence bought a pair. They are quite impressive. Have had them only for a short period but appear to be good.

      They are very helpful and can turn volume down on everything and don't have to ask twice on what is said so highly recommended them

      Every thing is a lot clearer now wife's very happy not having to ask twice volume turn down onthing and not having to guess what people are saying so highly recommend them

      Hear Clear

      I am very happy with my Hear Clear amplifiers, I do have hearing aids which cost me a lot of money and don’t always last long enough before I have to recharge.

      These Hear Clear last a long time before I have to recharge so I am a very happy customer.

I have ringing in my ears (tinnitus). Will this help?

HearClear is not recommended if you have tinnitus. It won’t stop the ringing.

Will this work if my hearing is really bad?

HearClear works best for mild to moderate hearing loss. If you can hardly hear at all, you may need a special hearing aid fitted by a hearing professional.

What is a hearing amplifier?

A hearing amplifier helps by making all the sounds around you louder. It’s not the same as a hearing aid from a doctor, which is made just for your hearing needs.

Do I need a hearing test first?

You don’t need one to try HearClear. But it’s always a good idea to get your hearing checked so you know what’s going on.

How do I turn the device on and off?

Super easy! No buttons to worry about!

  • It turns on when you take it out of the charging case
  • It turns off when you put it back in the case

Which ear does it go in?

Gently place it in your ear until it feels comfy. It should sit snugly.

  • Black = Left ear
  • White = Right ear

How long does the battery last?

You’ll get up to 14 hours of use on a full charge - plenty for a full day.

How will I know the battery is low?

You’ll hear a soft beep every 10 seconds to let you know it’s time to recharge.

Is there a warranty?

Can I use HearClear in noisy places, like restaurants?

Yes, you can - but keep in mind it will also make background sounds louder. It might take a little time to get used to.
