I bought this fir my teenage grandson, as he's always complaining of having trouble cleaning his sneakers. Well he wore white ones to an outdoor performance of the school band he's part off, then of course they badly needed a good clean, he was so pleased with the way his sneakers were looking so clean again. So I'd say it was a very good buy, if a 16yo boy was so pleased
