My hubby had pleaded for me to buy one of these Kleva Safety Slicers for him for ages and I must say I had my reservations and I researched for ages for comparisons and reviews of this and all the others.

Well, I finally came to the realisation that this brand was actually more preferred over the rest by most purchasers and his desire was FINALLY fulfilled.

For our anniversary, our 25th no less, on the 3rd of April 23 he copped his gift, I know, but, that's what he wanted! (I, did not receive a gift, but he's a guy and I need nothing but he anyway). Just saying.

Well, much activity and usage has been the theme, he is in love with the main event but even more-so, the garlic skinner has proven to be a hit and very effective, can't believe it!

The cheeky additional peeler is also super sharp and a recommended item.

The silver item for our 25th was the silver food covers for hot and cold produce, I know, lame but silver none the less.

Scissors, Bag Sealer are yet to be trialled but I can state that both look of good quality and cannot wait to use the plastic bag sealer for freezing foods; batteries loaded and ready for action.

So far, all great and working well. Suggestion, use a larger dish for slicing vegetables etc.

Below photos are of Minestrone in process and the discovery is that a larger dish with the Kleva Slicer being placed inside is a better option than the much too small catcher tray as sliced veg do not always land where you wish, in our case all on the floor.
