Purchased original model 3+ years ago. It's performance so rewarding that I treated it as a precious, never leaving battery on all night ( tho you probably could). Then, unwittingly/dimwittingly, I plugged my seat massager charger into the gun and wrecked the electronics. I know that because I completely stripped down the gun and can only recommend how it is so well constructed.
Failing to repair, I contacted Kleva and was given appropriate support and assistance, including a reduction on my replacement gun. My back spent a week in 'withdawals' but in the end, Yeehaaa!
