  1. Please always only use the adapter provided and intended for this product.
  2. Maximum charging time, please follow as mentioned in the instruction manual. Please do not keep on charging once fully charged.
  3. If any battery appears to “expand”, or "extremely hot to touch" or "notice a strong or unusual odour coming from the battery" or "device is smoking", stop using immediately & unplug it from the power source. Slowly move the device to a safe and isolated area outside away from anything flammable and contact us on 02-93874100 or email support@klevarange.com.au immediately for a replacement.
  4. Batteries should be charged in a cool dry place, do not charge in kitchen or bathrooms.
  5. Please do not leave batteries unattended while on charge.

    I’m so so happy with these little Amplifiers. They are perfect for my hearing needs. No more being frustrated because I can’t hear what someone said or can’t hear theTV. They are neat and small and so easy to keep charged and pop in my ears when needed. Comfortable and good quality sound too. Love them :)

    They work great, much better than the pair have, I can distinguishing between someone talking and the television, clearly, just made my day, I give a 5 star rating, and because of the clarity think maybe a rating of 6 star would be appropriate.

    Great for listening to TV

    These fit comfortably in the ear and the charge last a long time. Unfortunately they don't cut out any background noise and amplify everything. So I now only use them when listening to the TV so I have it at a comfortable level for others in my home.

HearClear is not recommended if you have tinnitus. It won’t stop the ringing.

Will this work if my hearing is really bad?

HearClear works best for mild to moderate hearing loss. If you can hardly hear at all, you may need a special hearing aid fitted by a hearing professional.
