So glad I bought this. My tension headaches were gone within 5 mins of using this. I felt calmer in my general self as well, my anxiety seemed to calm within mins. Also works great straight from freezer for those menopausal hot flushes.

This is the best product I have had for the relief of my neck pain. Sits nice and high up the neck. Only requires 90 seconds in the microwave for straight away relief. I have now purchased another one for when children or grandchildren steal it.

I highly recommend this item. I am an aged pensioner & have had a number of spinal fractures as well as neck medical condition and shoulder surgery. For years I have suffered and used to make my own wheat bags for pain relief! NOT ANYMORE! This is a wonderful product for pain relief, one can make it useful on most any part of the body, & I do. Wrap it around the hips and let the collar fall onto the lower back, or over the shoulder for the collar section, and around the front chest, then bring together under the band arm pit towards centre front. Great relief and the clay beads stay hot for a good while if you make them fairly heated in microwave. I also bought one for a gift for daughter, and it helps her shoulder while awaiting surgery. I am so very glad I bought these 2 items.
