  1. Please always only use the adapter provided and intended for this product.
  2. Maximum charging time, please follow as mentioned in the instruction manual. Please do not keep on charging once fully charged.
  3. If any battery appears to “expand”, or "extremely hot to touch" or "notice a strong or unusual odour coming from the battery" or "device is smoking", stop using immediately & unplug it from the power source. Slowly move the device to a safe and isolated area outside away from anything flammable and contact us on 02-93874100 or email support@klevarange.com.au immediately for a replacement.
  4. Batteries should be charged in a cool dry place, do not charge in kitchen or bathrooms.
  5. Please do not leave batteries unattended while on charge.

    I’m so so happy with these little Amplifiers. They are perfect for my hearing needs. No more being frustrated because I can’t hear what someone said or can’t hear theTV. They are neat and small and so easy to keep charged and pop in my ears when needed. Comfortable and good quality sound too. Love them :)

    Excellent

    I am 80 years old and already have hearing aids but they are turned to their fullest volume and I at times have difficulty in hearing - eg: television and have to turn up the volume on my television. The Kleva Hearing amplifier works wonderfully and I can watch television without turning up the volume and perhaps disturbing my neighbours! Thank you Kleva range!!

HearClear is not recommended if you have tinnitus. It won’t stop the ringing.

Will this work if my hearing is really bad?

HearClear works best for mild to moderate hearing loss. If you can hardly hear at all, you may need a special hearing aid fitted by a hearing professional.
