How to Activate for First-Time Use

Remove the amplifiers from the case, take off the stickers, and place them back in. Plug in the caseโ€”when all three LEDs turn orange, activation is complete.

How to Wear for Best Fit

Black is for the left ear, white is for the right. Insert the eartip gently and adjust for a comfortable, secure fit.

How to Turn On & Off

Your HearClear turns on automatically when removed from the case. Place them back inside to turn them off and start charging.

How to Adjust Volume

Press the button to cycle through volume levels. A โ€œDuโ€ sound confirms each change, while a โ€œDiโ€ sound signals maximum volume.

Charging & Maintenance

How to Charge

Place the amplifiers in the charging case. The indicator light turns orange while charging and green when fully charged.

How to Clean

Use the cleaning tool to remove earwax and dust from the eartips, button, and charging port to maintain performance.

How to Replace the Eartips

Choose a comfortable size, align it with the sound outlet, and press it securely into place.

I have ringing in my ears (tinnitus). Will this help?

HearClear is not recommended if you have tinnitus. It wonโ€™t stop the ringing.

Will this work if my hearing is really bad?

HearClear works best for mild to moderate hearing loss. If you can hardly hear at all, you may need a special hearing aid fitted by a hearing professional.

What is a hearing amplifier?

A hearing amplifier helps by making all the sounds around you louder. Itโ€™s not the same as a hearing aid from a doctor, which is made just for your hearing needs.

Do I need a hearing test first?

You donโ€™t need one to try HearClear. But itโ€™s always a good idea to get your hearing checked so you know whatโ€™s going on.

How do I turn the device on and off?

Super easy! No buttons to worry about!

  • It turns on when you take it out of the charging case
  • It turns off when you put it back in the case

Which ear does it go in?

Gently place it in your ear until it feels comfy. It should sit snugly.

  • Black = Left ear
  • White = Right ear

How long does the battery last?

Youโ€™ll get up to 14 hours of use on a full charge - plenty for a full day.

How will I know the battery is low?

Youโ€™ll hear a soft beep every 10 seconds to let you know itโ€™s time to recharge.

Is there a warranty?

Yes! Youโ€™re covered with a 1-year warranty for peace of mind.

Can I use HearClear in noisy places, like restaurants?

Yes, you can - but keep in mind it will also make background sounds louder. It might take a little time to get used to.
