We bought our Kleva Instant Hot Water Dispenser in February 2025 and it has been fantastic.
Last week it stopped working so we followed the manufacturers check list but still no hot water.
Got in touch with customer care and needed to send a photo or video to show what was happening.
Katie was amazing and quickly confirmed that a new dispenser would be on its way and no need to return the broken one.
Within a week we received our new dispenser which is the most up to date version and we are really impressed. Thanks Kleva and Katie

Very easy to use, and so happy with my instant cuppa! Would highly recommend 😄
As a solo mum, it was frustrating to have to boil a kettle, wait 5 mins, then another 10 for it to be cool enough to drink. Even fulling up was an annoying task. Having the instant hot water dispenser makes everything so quick and easy. I've been able to make my tea or coffee in under a minute, and start drinking it almost straight away. It's even easier to fill, just pouring a jug of water into the back. Very happy, and would highly recommend to anyone
