I enjoy using this product- it's a lot less arduous than going for a run. It's compact and easy to move and it doesn't take up much space. I recommend this product to anyone who wants to lose weight or just get fit but doesn't want the arduous workout. I also recommend it to people who don't have a lot of space in there home or office.
Extremely happy with product. I do not bother with the electronics - just use the exerciser. I have noticed a reduduction in my swollen legs (I was an amatuer cyclist) and have regained some muscle strength. I "ride" at least 45 minutes daily sometimes in single sessions sometimes split sessions. The unit is well made but heavy. I cannot fault it. It takes a while to determine the best sitting position as this affects ankle movement.
Very Smooth, its good to use and easy to assemble l like it because you can exercise if you feel tired because it in the comfort of your own home.
I have a treadmill & while that's great, if, on some days, I don't feel like walking kilometres, I then feel guilt..since seeing the first of this kind of equipment, I couldn't justify spending $500 on passive exercise, for circulation, but when I saw the Kleva brand version, for around $200, it took no time for me to decide..it's strong, sturdy, quiet & I have no excuses not to use it..
