A Mobile Solution

We’ve recently retired and are travelling frequently. This interrupts attendance at a gym or work on a home gym.

I’ve taken the Energym with me in our caravan, enabling me to exercise twice a day (in the caravan aisle). It then stores under the bed or in the En-suite shower. It’s robust, easy to move around, and great value.
