This Double Sided Chopping Board features stylish and certified bamboo. This durable material naturally resists water penetration, preventing bacteria from growing, and will not warp or crack. Simply flip the Double Sided Chopping Board over and you have the polypropylene side, that is specifically designed for preparing fish, poultry and meat. It is 100% water resistant and has a smooth easy clean surface reducing the chance of bacteria growth and chance of cross contamination. The polypropylene is also BPA free and soft enough not to dull or damage a knife blade.

This is fantastic and I am so glad I bought this. I normally use a plastic board on top of a hardboard but this is so much better. It's great that one side is for chicken, or fish and it cleans up easy and doesn't leave any residue left from chicken or the fish. Great size also. Would highly recommend.
