AustraliaWe love how the mats truly brown the food, and being an egg lover, I was anxious to try cooking one to go with my bacon - so I cracked the egg on the BBQ and dropped in on the mat. We didn't realise at the time that the BBQ actually wasn't level, so as we watched, the egg slid off the mat and through the grill. Next time will definitely use egg rings :-).
